Premier League clubs could vote to terminate the close of the summer transfer window on 12 September.
Two decades before, the very best flight voted to shut it before the start of its time.
However, other European leagues didn’t follow suit and could still purchase or loan players.
They had to run transfers, in comparison to 8 August for the Premier League.
Per week, as reported by The Times, the issue will be raised in the meeting Premier League chairmen and chief executives.
A vote on again being tasked with the rest of Europe may take place at the meeting may be postponed until the time that they get together in November.
The Premier League is also thought to be impartial on the matter and is pleased to facilitate any vote or discussion which the clubs may decide to have on it.
Last time , 14 clubs were needed to maintain favour of amending the transport window whereas today a majority of 11 will be needed.
Of those clubs in the airport, Manchester United, Manchester City, Watford and Crystal Palace voted in September 2017.
It is understood Liverpool want a return while Everton are believed to have sympathy with these clubs who wish to align with the European deadline and would be prepared to hold discussions on the situation.
Tottenham director Mauricio Pochettino has been a critic of shutting the window early.
Part of the issue has become the uncertainty surrounding the future of Spurs playmaker Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen, whose contract runs out at end of the year, was linked with Real Madrid but has ended up remaining.
«I think the Premier League cannot offer this advantage to the European clubs,» said the Argentine.
«That is yet another point to talk about, to argue that we’re in a disadvantage to European nightclubs because they have 20 days more to function.
«I think this is a major mistake to the Premier League to permit this — we open the door to distinct clubs in Europe to try to create confusion inside your squad.
«I believe after two seasons working in this manner, the Premier League realises that if Europe does not change, we will need to return and start to function in exactly the identical way they operate today.»
He added:»It could create a wreck at clubs such as clubs in England.»
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has added his voice in support of attracting the close of this summertime window in accord with the rest of Europe.
«I don’t care when it shuts, but nevertheless, it must close in exactly the same time,» he recently said. «That was the thought in the first location.
«They talked about completing it before the season begins. Fantastic idea, but only England did it. That makes absolutely no sense. It turned out to be a fantastic idea but it did not work out.»
